Walnut Grove Homeowners,

We have an important community decision. Recent pool work and other essential community costs have been recently incurred. To resolve these obligations and keep our amenities on solid footing, the Board is proposing a one-time special assessment. We need your participation.

Why is this needed?

• Settle recent community expenses tied to the pool and critical needs

• Stabilize our ability to maintain and operate shared amenities

• Manage rising vendor and maintenance costs without deferring care

• Protect property values and avoid more costly delays

What’s next?

• Attend: Information Session Special Meeting & Vote

  • When: August 22 at 10am

  • Where: Walnut Grove tennis court

  • What: overview of the needs, proposed assessment, options and Q&A

  • How: a quorum is required; every household counts

• Can’t attend? Please use your proxy*.

  • Your proxy was sent to you via email or USPS mail, depending on your chosen preference when you created your Access Management account.

  • Your proxy can be submitted via dropbox at the pool or the dropbox at the back of the neighborhood (7635 Mill Stream Court).

  • You can also scan/photograph your completed proxy and email it to secretary@mywalnutgrove.com.

  • Need someone to pick up your completed proxy? Email us at secretary@mywalnutgrove.com and we will schedule a time to pick it up.

This is a community solution to a community need. Approving the assessment resolves recent obligations and sustains the amenities we all share.

*A proxy is a signed form you use when you can’t attend a meeting. It lets your household still count toward the quorum—the minimum number of members needed to hold the meeting. It also allows a delegate to vote on your behalf.
